Important limits
- Approximately 250 square feet maximum unless Lemondrop approves an exception in writing.
- Only standard, reachable residential cleaning is included.
- No ladders, moving furniture or heavy items, hazardous cleanup, active infestation, mold remediation, hoarding, post-construction debris, or exterior work.
- Actual onsite conditions must remain safe, workable, and consistent with the information provided.
Time allowance
Your priorities guide the work.
Up to two-aggregate labor hours means the combined working time of the assigned Service Professional or team. A two-person team may use the allowance up to one clock hour. Walkthrough, reasonable setup, active cleaning, and pack-up are handled according to the service scope and Lemondrop’s Terms of Service.

Eligibility and expectations
- You are at least 18 and authorized to request service at the address.
- Choose one eligible standard indoor room or defined zone, generally up to 250 square feet unless approved otherwise.
- The service includes up to two aggregate labor-hours; a two-person team may use the allowance in up to one clock hour.
- Only standard, reachable residential cleaning is included.
- The Room Refresh base service price is $29 before any approved promotional credit. Applicable taxes and fees may be added and will be shown before booking confirmation.
- A valid payment method may be required to reserve the appointment.
- A $25 fee may apply to cancellation or rescheduling inside 24 hours.
- A $50 lockout fee may apply if the team arrives and cannot gain usable access.

Is this a complete-room guarantee?
No. Work follows your priorities until the room is completed or the labor allowance is used, whichever happens first.
Can I buy it without another cleaning?
Yes. It is a genuine standalone service. No recurring purchase, review, referral, or future cleaning is required.
Can I add another room or more time?
Additional work is not included in the $29 Room Refresh. Contact Lemondrop separately for a quote if you want more service.
Can an approved promotional credit reduce the price?
Yes. Approved Sponsored Room Refresh applicants may receive a $29 promotional credit. The booking identity and service address must match the approved waitlist entry.
Are appointment-change or lockout fees covered by the credit?
No. A promotional credit applies to the $29 Room Refresh service price only. Properly disclosed appointment-change, lockout, or other charges remain separate.
